- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients

- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues

- Support collaboration between front and back of house teams

Requirements
- Preferred experience in fashion accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
- Passion for fashion and creating personalized looks
- Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong team spirit and ability to achieve common goals
- Comfortable with tools and applications and adapting to new technology
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Proactive and problem solving attitude
- Excellent written oral and listening skills in English; additional languages preferred
