Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor, building relationships and driving repeat business. This role focuses on personalized service, clienteling, and achieving store sales targets through appointments and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
• Build and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data; cultivate outreach and appointments.
• Convert clients through discovery, personalized styling, and focus on key product pillars.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on NPS and client feedback to elevate the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver personalized service.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
