Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. The role builds lasting client relationships, achieves sales goals, and supports the store team, including visual merchandising or training needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the brand and its products.
• Build and maintain client relationships through engaging conversations and active outreach.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, and company policies.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, customer orders, repairs, and holds.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with visual merchandising or training needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods, with a professional presentation and dependable work habits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are preferred.
