Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences at the Bloomingdales women hand bags concessions. Role includes personalized styling, client outreach and CRM management, supporting shop floor operations, and achieving sales targets while representing brand heritage.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients to understand needs and provide personalized styling advice
  • Support daily store operations including product presentation and merchandising
  • Perform client outreach and proactively source new clients using CRM tools
  • Maintain and update CRM to build and retain client relationships
  • Work to consistently achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Mentor and support team to ensure smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand history to clients
  • Oversee implementation of sales policies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Experience with women's and men's ready to wear products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using CRM and clienteling tools
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long term client relationships
  • Strong presentation and merchandising skills
