Client Advisor - Women Shoes Concessions

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury client service and personalized styling at the women shoes concessions within Bloomingdales, representing the brand and supporting daily store operations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, drive sales performance through outreach and relationship building, and assist with merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand needs and provide personalized styling advice
• Deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience aligned with brand standards
• Support daily store operations including client outreach and CRM updates
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and participate in sales ceremonies
• Sourcing and building long term relationships with clients using CRM tools
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor presentation
• Mentor team members and support smooth running of the sales floor
• Monitor and update client information to retain and grow customer base

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with women's and men's ready to wear preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong clienteling and CRM proficiency
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Professional presentation and knowledge of brand history and products
