Summary

Serve as a trusted style confidante for clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally using the latest technology. This onsite role focuses on cultivating relationships, styling clients, and meeting sales and wardrobing goals while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and service
• Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Utilize digital tools and store technology for outreach and selling
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets
• Strategize individual business development to increase productivity
• Use social media and digital tools to engage clients and drive traffic
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
• Comfortable servicing clients in-person and remotely using technology
