Client Advisor Womens RTW - San Antonio

As a Client Advisor in Womens Ready-to-Wear at our San Antonio location, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling and exceptional customer service. You will become a trusted style confidante, servicing clients both in-store and digitally, while reporting to the Sales Manager.

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
• Improve sales through technology and wardrobing, utilizing omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase individual productivity through successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
