Summary

The Client Advisor Womens RTW cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, styling expertise, and digital outreach. This onsite role leverages technology and omni channel tools to engage clients in store and remotely while meeting sales and conversion goals. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires a customer centric mindset and commission sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized styling and service
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni channel and fleetwide inventory and store technology to sell
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge in person and digitally
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite
