Client Advisor - Woodbury

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experiences and drives client loyalty. This role is accountable for meeting individual KPIs through clienteling, cross-selling and strong product knowledge while maintaining high shopfloor standards. The Advisor works collaboratively with the team and uses digital tools and CRM to develop and retain clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, providing product knowledge and personalized styling to exceed client needs.
• Proactively pursue cross-selling opportunities and meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to strengthen loyalty.
• Maintain shopfloor presentation, visual merchandising standards, inventory and cash procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to clienteling initiatives and support a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail or customer service with demonstrated sales performance.
• Strong selling, communication and client-centric skills with an interest in fashion and luxury trends.
• Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM and to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Capacity to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages up to 10 lbs. regularly.
