Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering luxury retail service, meeting sales goals and KPIs, and supporting store operations at the Woodbury Common location. Role focuses on client outreach, product knowledge, visual standards, and collaborating with the store team under the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI targets through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize brand selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and maintain client profiles
- Inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures such as cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Support management and colleagues while fostering a respectful work environment
- Work scheduled shifts including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, inventory periods and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and customer service orientation
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts, minimum Saturdays and Sundays as specified
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
