Client Advisor - Woodbury Commons

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service to clients by building lasting relationships, meeting sales goals, and maintaining brand standards at the store. Use clienteling tools and POS systems to manage client books, assist with special requests, and support store operations while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor sales targets and CRM metrics
• Build and maintain client books and customer correspondence
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and client requests
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database
• Participate in stocking, visual standards, and regular store maintenance
• Adhere to store policies, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines
• Open and close the store and conduct morning team meetings as needed
• Train new client advisors on product knowledge and store procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and follow brand dress code

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to use POS and inventory management systems
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Digital literacy and product knowledge acquisition
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
• Foreign language skills are a plus
