Summary

The Client Advisor is the primary point of contact for clients at the Woodbury Commons Outlet, delivering personalized luxury service and styling guidance. This role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and maintaining the brand’s high standards of presentation and customer experience. The Client Advisor also supports store operations including POS transactions, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a client book, engage through follow-ups and invitations.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and operate the POS system.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
• Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Requirements
