Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences in the boutique. Acts as a client development specialist to build long-lasting personal connections and represents the brand at events and in daily interactions. Contributes to operational excellence by following retail procedures and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and delivering excellent customer service
- Perform clienteling activities including outreaches, appointments, and follow ups to grow business
- Present brand story and product details to build trust and encourage sales
- Support colleagues and collaborate with the team on the sales floor
- Use omnichannel tools and digital platforms to enhance client experience
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing, and security processes
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return is completed
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to grooming and presentation guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge of watches, brand DNA, collections, and retail procedures
- Strong selling skills including discovery, storytelling, upselling, and closing
- Familiarity with clienteling KPIs and digital retail tools such as CRM systems
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and results oriented
- Team player with high integrity and professional presentation
