Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury client service while achieving individual and store sales goals at the Woodbury Premium Outlet. Represent the brand by tailoring the client experience, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting operational standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records.
• Build and retain long term relationships with loyal clients.
• Support merchandising and upkeep of the shop floor.
• Mentor team members and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Monitor and update client information qualitatively in CRM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience in women s and men s ready to wear.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of brand history and heritage.
• Ability to build and maintain long lasting client relationships.
• Capacity to meet sales targets and use CRM tools effectively.
