As a Client Advisor at the Woodbury Outlet, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships. You will utilize your luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3-5 years of luxury retail experience.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
