Client Advisor - Wrentham Outlet

As a Client Advisor at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlet, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and embodying the brand's luxury standards. You will leverage your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in sales ceremonies.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in prioritizing client interests.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
