- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using various training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.
Requirements- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
