Summary

Serves as the primary client contact in a luxury retail environment, delivering exceptional, personalized service and expert styling. Drives sales and cultivates client loyalty through product knowledge, upselling, and relationship-building. Upholds brand standards while supporting store operations including merchandising and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain a client book; engage clients with follow-ups, events, and personal styling sessions.
• Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and support back-office functions.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong interpersonal, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer-centric approach with cultural awareness for an international clientele.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
