Client Care Associate - Rodeo Drive

As a Client Care Associate at our Rodeo Drive location, you will be an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on providing exceptional service to every client. You will ensure that each client feels valued and understood, fostering a sense of belonging to the Louis Vuitton family.

• Lead by example in discovering and addressing client needs, guiding them in all aspects of client care.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel cherished and special.
• Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experiences.
• Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
• Work with the Operations team to define smooth Back Of House processes to support the client experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a client-centric role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients effectively.
