Job Description

Summary

Client Care Associate responsible for delivering exceptional after sales service and supporting client relationships at the Houston Galleria women's location. Acts as the voice of Client Services in store, managing client communications, intake and repair follow up while partnering with operations to ensure smooth back of house processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as ambassador of the brand providing concierge level after sales service
  • Communicate with clients at all stages of the repair and intake process
  • Follow up consistently on client inquiries and repair status
  • Recommend options and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain knowledge of brand processes technological aspects and procedures
  • Support inventory management related to after care items
  • Contribute to quality control and client satisfaction initiatives
  • Partner with operations to define back of house workflows

Requirements

  • Client centric mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client follow ups and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn brand repair intake processes
  • Attention to detail for quality control and inventory tasks
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced luxury retail environment
