Job Description

Summary

As a Client Care Associate at Louis Vuitton Keystone Indianapolis, you will be an ambassador of the brand, focusing on after sales service and ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will cultivate trusting relationships with clients, making them feel cherished and understood, while championing all services offered by Louis Vuitton.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
  • Consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries.
  • Explore creative options or recommendations that best suit the client and company.
  • Master in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and procedures.
  • Work with the Operations team to define a smooth Back of House process to support the client experience.
  • Manage after care services, policies and procedures, inventory management, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-centric role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process.
  • Service mentality with dedication to elevating the client experience.
