Job Description

Summary

Hybrid Client Care Associate Client Advisor role focused on delivering exceptional client service and concierge hosting at a luxury retail Maison. The role balances client advisory responsibilities with back of house support to ensure smooth repair intake follow up and appointment management. The position requires strong communication, organization, and a client centric approach in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level client service both as a Client Advisor and Concierge Associate.
  • Manage client intake repair and follow up processes and set clear expectations.
  • Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and in store events.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Champion client services and coach store teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Work with Operations to define back of house processes and routines.
  • Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process.
  • Cultivate trusting relationships and ensure clients feel cherished and understood.

Requirements

  • Experience in client facing luxury retail or client services roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage appointments and follow up workflows.
  • A client centric mindset with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to coach and influence colleagues to deliver service standards.
  • Willingness to work varied retail hours as required.
