Job Description

Summary

The Client Care Coordinator manages aftercare and workshop operations to ensure a seamless client journey for repair and service requests. This temporary role coordinates logistics between workshops, stores, shipping providers and clients while supporting spare parts and simple repair tasks. The coordinator also maintains service records and supports invoicing and order processing in RMS, CEGID and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline communication and logistics across workshops, stores and clients.
  • Oversee receiving, tracking, label creation and order dispatching; verify incoming goods and inspect products.
  • Liaise with shipping providers and manage replacements, upgrades and beyond-repair cases.
  • Support spare parts inventory management and perform simple repair tasks to assist technicians.
  • Manage high volumes of aftercare inquiries, estimate repair quotes and delivery timelines, and handle workshop-related client complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records in RMS, CEGID and Salesforce; process invoicing, payments, tax calculations and quotation approvals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or customer service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communication skills; excellent phone handling and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and commercial, client-centric awareness; track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated team player with practical problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High school degree required.
