Job Description

Summary

As a Client Care Expert at Ala Moana, you will play a vital role in maintaining the legacy of Louis Vuitton by providing exceptional after sales and repair services to our clients. Your dedication will ensure a seamless process from receipt to the return of products, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional after sales experience for our clientele by fulfilling timely commitments and addressing after sales issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and store teams to ensure client satisfaction and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage product repairs, client returns, personalization, special orders, and additional after sales services.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in after sales service or luxury repairs center/boutique/workshop.
  • Experience in after sales functions within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent organizational, advanced customer service, and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and computer skills.
