Client Care Inventory Control Specialist - Long Island City

Summary

The Client Care Inventory Control Specialist oversees end-to-end spare parts inventory, shipping, and workshop logistics for repair operations. This on-site role coordinates inventory optimization, inbound and outbound shipments, and communication between workshops, stores, and clients to ensure timely repairs and accurate stock records. The specialist also supports repair intake administration and quote/invoice processing in the Repair Management System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts inventory levels and execute weekly cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and process spare parts orders for workshops, stores, and clients; verify invoices and shipment contents.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and liaise with carriers to track deliveries and resolve issues.
• Order and maintain workshop supplies and tools; maintain accurate stock records and reports.
• Provide weekly inventory and shipment status updates to Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams.
• Support repair intake administration, quotation approval, and invoice generation in the Repair Management System (RMS).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively across teams; resourceful and practical problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with repair intake or inventory management systems (RMS) and experience managing shipping/logistics preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
