Client Care Representative - The Landmark

As a Client Care Representative at The Landmark, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client service journey, ensuring operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional service. This position is both client-facing and operations-focused, providing a foundation for growth within the Operations function.

• Accurately process, update, and monitor service orders using internal systems.
• Execute daily operational tasks such as merchandise intake, cycle counts, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Resolve stock discrepancies and maintain smooth store operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the service journey.
• Support repair services and resolve service concerns with empathy and discretion.
• Partner with Client Advisors to drive the Sales to Service program.
• Maintain strong internal communication with store leadership and colleagues.

• 2 years of experience in an administrative business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to connect with clients.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
