Summary
This role oversees inbound and outbound shipments of finished goods and supplies, coordinating logistics between the workshop, stores, and clients. The Client Care Shipper / Receiver manages shipping documentation, inspects incoming goods, and supports repair intake administration. The position works closely with Inventory Control and Client Services to ensure accurate processing and timely shipments.
Responsibilities
- Determine shipping methods and prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices; utilize carrier and RMS software.
- Pick, pack, sort, assemble containers, crate goods, and affix identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Inspect incoming goods against invoices, verify contents, record shortages, reject damaged goods, and organize incoming stock.
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods, transport and store materials throughout the facility, and manage Return-To-Sender shipments.
- Execute repair intake assessment, quotation, and invoice administration in RMS; inspect products to determine repair requirements.
- Partner with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams to communicate repair and shipment status and support general workshop administration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and carrier systems; experience with inventory or repair management systems preferred.
- Forklift license an asset; training and in-house certification will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
