Client Coordinator - Bellevue Square

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale by assisting customers with sales, returns and other transactions, maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor, and supporting order fulfillment and pickup functions in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and transactions
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products based on trends and preferences
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor through straightening, light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up
• Build customer relationships by informing them about events and rewards programs
• Prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced environment
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capability for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
