Summary
Support the Fragrance and Beauty business by overseeing US boutiques and assisting the Director of Client Development in tools, communications and engagement to optimize retail performance. Partner with merchandising, visual merchandising, store operations and distribution while coordinating trainings, activations and reporting to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Execute animations and activations in coordination with Merchandising Planning, Visual Merchandising and retail teams
- Assist in defining the Beauty and Fragrance customer journey with Client Events and CRM
- Monitor competitive activity and communicate response strategies
- Manage freelance artistry and advisory team including recruitment, scheduling, training and payments
- Plan and participate in seminars, seasonal training and technical skill development for Beauty Experts and ambassadors
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative monthly boutique activity reports and trade animation recaps
- Maintain collateral standards such as samples, testers and hygiene products for fragrances and beauty
- Regularly visit local markets for business review and support new store openings
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role or department
- Superior knowledge of luxury consumer industry and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Cosmetics background or French language skills a plus
- Flexible to travel as needed
