Summary
Five-month full-time in-person internship supporting the Client Experience Team for Fragrance and Beauty within an omnichannel customer development and client relations management group. The role involves planning and executing client experiences, events, research, and administrative support while participating in a structured internship program with mentorship and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support planning organizing and execution of fragrance and beauty client experiences
- Assist with management of trackers and calendars
- Provide pre and post event support including recaps and data collection
- Conduct and compile competitive market research for events activations and services
- Support on site event execution and pre event preparation
- Contribute to creative brainstorming for client experiences and hospitality
- Compile and write post event recaps for internal communications
- Perform miscellaneous special projects for CDCRM
- Provide administrative support for invoice processing contracts and budgets
Requirements
- Enrolled in an Associates Bachelors or Masters degree program
- Retail experience within cosmetics fragrance beauty or skincare preferred
- Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus
- Ability to prioritize multitask and manage multiple projects
- Ability to take initiative work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Time sensitive accurate and highly dependable
- Knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Available to work full time for the five month program January 12 2026 to June 26 2026
