Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager - Jewelry, you will play a critical role in achieving company objectives by driving sales and developing the skills of a team of high-performing Jewelry Style Advisors. You will maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates, build sustainable client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of the team.
  • Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates.
  • Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
  • Foster teamwork and manage performance issues effectively.
  • Establish deep relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Deliver memorable client experiences and plan client appointments.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media for client acquisition.
  • Use technology to strengthen client relationships and drive new acquisitions.
  • Manage special order and repair processes.
  • Ensure a welcoming shopping environment by maintaining the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree and/or GIA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
