Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager, Beauty, you will be responsible for driving sales by enhancing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Beauty Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results. Your role involves maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop Advisors' ability to drive sales by connecting with customers and building sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong selling and service culture.
  • Drive positive outcomes through objectives and monitor progress and results.
  • Facilitate training programs and communicate training needs effectively.
  • Lead client development by working closely with Business Managers and Beauty Advisors.
  • Use technology and data to drive business and provide a customer experience.
  • Foster and develop a team of beauty experts to meet clients' needs.
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors.
  • Support the day-to-day business operations within the store.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record of success managing a selling workforce.
  • Experience in the Beauty industry preferred but not required.
  • Tech-savvy skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
