Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager, you will be a key player in the Omnichannel Customer Development & Client Relations Management team, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through various strategies including Analytics, CRM, and bespoke services. You will work to strengthen client relationships and drive traffic to stores, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction through pre and after sales processes.
  • Provide expertise in Made-to-Measure services, advising customers on product choices and fit recommendations.
  • Organize and host trainings and workshops in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
  • Communicate with MTM métier in Paris to relay customer feedback and manage orders.
  • Support and collaborate with MTM Specialists, Master Tailors, and MRTW Ambassadors.
  • Attend and support Men’s Universe events and trunk shows to enhance client experiences.
  • Partner with the CRM team to identify clients for international events and host them.
  • Analyze competitor landscape to align strategies with regional needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in made-to-measure or custom clothing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Interest in luxury fashion and bespoke programs.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
