Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager - Jewelry at SFA in Boca Raton, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supporting the world of Jewelry. You will be responsible for developing the selling and clienteling skills of a high-performing team of Jewelry Style Advisors, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor, and building sustainable client relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of Jewelry Style Advisors.
  • Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates.
  • Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
  • Provide product knowledge training and targeted selling and clienteling coaching.
  • Foster teamwork and manage performance issues effectively.
  • Establish deep relationships with clients to drive repeat business and achieve sales goals.
  • Leverage technology and data to drive business and develop a growth mindset.
  • Manage special order and repair process lifecycle.
  • Ensure a comfortable and welcoming shopping environment for clients.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree and/or GIA certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 3+ years of management experience with a comparable volume or proven track record of success.
