Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager at Louis Vuitton in Chicago, you will be an ambassador of the brand, guiding and supporting stores in building loyalty and relationships with clients. You will manage the growth of the store's client base through recruitment of new clients and development of Client Advisors, while communicating corporate Client Development priorities and initiatives to the store team.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and support stores in building client loyalty and relationships.
  • Manage the growth of the store's client base through recruitment of new clients.
  • Develop Client Advisors, Team Leads, and Managers.
  • Communicate corporate Client Development priorities and initiatives to the store team.
  • Drive strategy, adoption, and best practices of clienteling tools such as local events and ICON.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in client development or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to drive strategy and adoption of clienteling tools.
