Job Description

Summary

Seeking a Client Development Manager to lead clienteling strategy and CRM initiatives at the Madison Avenue store, support the sales team, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty. The role partners with marketing and digital teams to manage CRM projects and ensure data accuracy and reporting. The ideal candidate brings luxury retail experience, strong CRM skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy to support sales team performance
  • Maintain and update client data to ensure CRM accuracy
  • Develop and tailor client experiences throughout their journey
  • Oversee clienteling reporting tools and ensure data capture and retention using myTOUCH
  • Serve as primary contact for EMEA Marketing CRM and WW Digital in-store teams
  • Provide ongoing CRM and myTOUCH training and support to sales staff
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales, VIP or CRM experience in luxury retail
  • Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and other digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
  • General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
