Client Development Manager - Madison Avenue

Summary

The Client Development Manager based on Madison Avenue leads clienteling and CRM initiatives to drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships. This on-site role supports the sales team with data-driven strategies, training, and the execution of the store's myTOUCH app. The role acts as the primary liaison for regional and global CRM and digital teams to ensure accurate client data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy to support sales performance.
• Maintain and update client records to ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop tailored client journeys and personalized shopping experiences.
• Oversee use of clienteling reporting tools and the myTOUCH app to meet data capture and retention goals.
• Serve as primary contact for EMEA Marketing CRM and the WW in-store digital team for projects and activities.
• Provide ongoing CRM and myTOUCH training and support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong skills in customer data analysis and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
• General knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
