Job Description

Summary

The Client Development Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales for Hermès Women’s Ready-to-Wear business. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance client experiences and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with training and merchandising teams to deliver training on new collections.
  • Serve as an ambassador, communicating with the Women’s RTW métier in Paris.
  • Demonstrate high-level customer service and support Women’s RTW events.
  • Develop client development initiatives with Managing Directors.
  • Establish strong client relationships for continuity and representation.
  • Identify clients for international events and act as their host.
  • Monitor competitive activity and formulate response strategies.
  • Achieve WRTW sales plans and manage travel and expenses budget.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales and relevant experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Passionate about Women’s Ready-to-Wear.
  • Impeccable standards of service with luxury clientele.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Elevated leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexible with schedule changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
