Requirements- 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record of success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize structural processes.
- Inspire others through thoughtful leadership and strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
- Flexible scheduling as business needs require evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
