Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by enhancing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will be responsible for creating a high-performance team and consistently coaching for optimal sales results. Your role involves maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates' ability to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of Style Advisors.
  • Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates.
  • Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
  • Provide product knowledge training and targeted selling and clienteling coaching.
  • Foster teamwork and manage performance issues effectively.
  • Recruit proactively to fill open positions.
  • Ensure Style Advisors establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business.
  • Maximize client appointments to address fashion needs and increase engagement.
  • Inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media platforms for client acquisition.
  • Use technology and data to drive business and develop a growth mindset.
  • Resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize structural processes.
  • Inspire others through thoughtful leadership and strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible scheduling as business needs require evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
