Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by enhancing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will be responsible for creating a high-performance team and consistently coaching for optimal sales results. Your role involves maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates, ensuring they connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales and event goals.
  • Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
  • Inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media platforms for client acquisition and engagement.
  • Use technology and data to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
  • Resolve client issues and support the general operations of the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and organize structural processes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
