Job Description

Summary

As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales by enhancing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and regular outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach Style Advisors to establish deep client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
  • Inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media to increase client acquisition and engagement.
  • Use technology to strengthen client relationships and drive new client acquisition.
  • Resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire others through leadership.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology such as Word and Excel.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
