Job Description

Summary

As the Client Director for Louis Vuitton Canada, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global and comprehensive client strategy for the region. You will oversee and lead the entire client journey on all segments, as well as crafting exceptional experiences and building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the client recruitment and retention strategy for the region in collaboration with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate partners.
  • Manage the Client Development and Client Relations teams in executing the strategy with a focus on top clients and emerging high net-worth clients.
  • Enhance client-related competencies across all retail levels and support your team in creating tailored development plans for clients.
  • Oversee the client's agenda, ensuring comprehensive plans for all major client development initiatives and events.
  • Review post-activations and events to leverage insights for team coaching and development.
  • Develop and manage the full client budget.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in developing high-potential clients and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Extensive leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and develop talent at management level.
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and a proven track record in project management.
  • Substantial experience in budget management and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about diverse cultures and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
