Job Description

Summary

As a Client Engagement Director at Cartier in the Miami Design District, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client loyalty and ROI. You will work closely with the Client Experience Manager and Sales Director to oversee service levels and manage the Client Experience Coordinators, ensuring an exceptional client experience in the boutique.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the boutique’s client engagement strategy, focusing on VIP and UHNW clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with top clients, offering personalized luxury experiences.
  • Analyze client data to develop segmentation strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and management to mentor and support clienteling practices.
  • Conduct team meetings and develop talent pipelines.
  • Oversee client events and experiences, ensuring alignment with Cartier’s brand objectives.
  • Monitor client KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Support management with operational tasks and boutique projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work retail hours.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team in line with Cartier's image.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in team development.
