Job Description

Summary

As a Client Events Coordinator, you will support customer experience activities by assisting the VP and Managers within the department. You will help develop programs to grow the business through client recruitment, engagement, and retention, reporting directly to the Manager of Client Events.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update animation guideline documents for in-store regional animations.
  • Lead preplanning calls for in-store activations to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Create event recaps and manage event photo archives.
  • Coordinate and execute logistical tasks for retail animation activities.
  • Oversee the animations budget process and maintain an accurate event invoice ledger.
  • Manage inventory records for the Client Experience department.
  • Provide regular updates to the Manager on delegated tasks.
  • Develop competitive research on client experience topics.
  • Manage client experience communication announcements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on event planning and logistics management experience.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent budget management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in high-stress situations.
  • Proficient in negotiation skills and Microsoft Office.
