Job Description

Summary

Join Hermès as a Client Events Intern and gain valuable experience in the Omnichannel Customer Development & Client Relations Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the planning and execution of events, contributing to customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Support the CX Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including event briefs and timelines.
  • Assist with management of trackers and calendars.
  • Support post-event recaps and data collection.
  • Conduct competitive market research for events and services.
  • Assist with on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming for client experiences and hospitality.
  • Compile and write post-event recaps for internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support for invoice processing and budget updates.
Requirements
  • Enrollment in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
  • Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Deliver information clearly and concisely.
  • Time-sensitive, accurate, and dependable.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and InDesign is a plus.
