- Support front podium duties, assisting appointments and walk-in clients.
- Utilize Maison storytelling to enhance client experience.
- Assist sales associates with appointment support and client entertainment.
- Facilitate seamless client experiences, including product presentation and sales finalization.
- Assist clients with quick service requests and personalization.
- Support client development activities, including data entry and report management.
- Provide personal services such as directions and reservations.
- Assist with phone duties and appointment setting.
- Optimize boutique environment and manage appointment booking tool.
- Support boutique traffic flow and appearance maintenance.
- Assist with merchandising and display maintenance.
- Partner with Operations Coordinator for inventory and product movement.
- Participate in inventory control processes.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Develop brand knowledge and comply with security procedures.
- Share best practices with the boutique team.
Requirements- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience required.
- Available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Collaborative approach with a "can do" attitude.
