Client Experience Host - Greenwich

Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class client experience in the showroom, ensuring hospitality stations are well stocked and clients are welcomed promptly. The role supports Sales Consultants and VIP room services, uses CRM to personalize client interactions, and maintains showroom standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional, client-focused approach are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for company culture and promote a positive showroom atmosphere
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking
• Welcome clients in a timely manner and serve as first point of contact
• Use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences and probe client preferences
• Support Sales Consultants and the individual client journey, including VIP room service
• Maintain showroom housekeeping and hospitality stations
• Complete required training and attend departmental meetings
• Recommend process improvements and ensure data confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver personalized experiences
• Basic selling skills and experience working within a high-performing team
• IT literate, flexible, highly organized, and able to multitask
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional approach at all times
