Responsibilities- Act as a role model for company culture, ensuring a World Class Client Experience for every client.
- Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
- Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
- Welcome clients in a timely manner and use CRM to facilitate unique experiences.
- Probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience.
- Support all aspects of the client experience and maintain showroom housekeeping standards.
- Be the first point of contact with all clients and attend departmental meetings.
- Recommend changes to improve efficiency and ensure confidentiality of data.
- Complete all duties as assigned by management.
Requirements- Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
- Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
- Understanding of World Class Customer Experience.
- Basic selling skills techniques.
- Experience of working within a high performing team.
- IT literate and adaptable to change.
- Professional approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality at the highest level.
