Summary
The Client Experience Host delivers a world class client experience through exceptional hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills. They welcome and engage clients, support sales consultants in the showroom and VIP room, maintain hospitality stations and showroom standards, and use CRM to personalize client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for internal and external clients and ensure timely welcomes
- Maintain and stock client experience stations and showroom housekeeping standards
- Support Sales Consultants and VIP room activities to enhance the client journey
- Use CRM and research to personalize experiences based on client interests
- Promote a positive showroom atmosphere and lead by example in company culture
- Attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom
- Recommend and support improvements to systems and procedures for operational efficiency
- Ensure confidentiality and data security for new systems and client information
- Complete required training and duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and understand world class customer experience
- Basic selling skills and experience working in a high performing team
- IT literate with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to change with a professional approach
- High level of confidentiality
