Job Description

Summary

As a Client Experience Intern at Hermès, you will join the Omnichannel Customer Development & Client Relations Management team, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through analytics, CRM, and bespoke services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain professional experience and contribute to the legacy of Hermès while supporting the CX Team in planning and executing events.

Responsibilities
  • Support the CX Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assisting with event briefs and timelines.
  • Manage trackers and calendars for event planning and execution.
  • Conduct competitive market research for events and services.
  • Assist with on-site event execution and pre-event preparations.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming for client experiences and hospitality.
  • Compile and write post-event recaps for internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support for invoice processing and budget updates.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
  • Previous internship experience in fashion or luxury is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; InDesign experience is a plus.
